Tara Garrison
Is the founder of HIGHER, a luxury health coaching experience for high performers that includes training, nutrition, biohacking and mindset coaching. She has helped many celebrities, professional athletes, and top executives optimize their health.
Tara is also the creator of the popular Keto In & Out System, in which she teaches how to “Do Keto. Not Forever” to optimize metabolism, brain power, athletic performance and physique.
She is the host of the Inside Out Health Podcast, in which she interviews world-class health experts from all over the world, and the cohost of the Kick Ass Life Podcast, alongside author/speaker/coach Elle Russ, a mindset podcast for high performers.
Tara is a mom of 4, avid weightlifter, Boston Marathoner and lover of nature. You can find her daily on Instagram as @coachtaragarrison, where she shares the inner workings of her life, health education and motivation.
She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), International College of Applied Nutrition and Strength (ICANS), is a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), Certified Neurotyping Coach and a Metabolic Analytics practitioner.

With a lifetime of observing and personally experiencing the power of energy healing, Kymbr has created services to aid clients in leading healthier, more relaxed lives. These services focus on helping clients to identify possible spiritual or emotional causes of physical ailments before enabling healing and spiritual growth.
ELISE MITCHELL
Is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, a member of International Association of Yoga Therapy, and a trauma-informed yoga educator. She studies with Arun Deva, Srivatsa Ramaswami, Durga Leela, Thomas Taubman, Monica Cullinane, and has attended many master classes with some of the most respected teachers in yoga, meditation, and wellness.
Kathryn dixon
Kathryn Dixon founded Clarity Coaching Institute in 2003, bringing self inquiry via The Work of Byron Katie© to thousands of people. She is a passionate and deeply gifted facilitator, an award winning coach and published author. Discover how to identify and question the reality of the beliefs that (unwittingly) hold us back from realizing our heart’s desires in life. Any thought or belief that hurts is nothing more than an invitation to higher ground, greater freedom/ceativity and compassion for oneself and others. Kathryn and her associate coaches offer private sessions and also a 12-month professional mentorship to deepen one’s own self-inquiry and to learn how to facilitate self-inquiry with others. “You are the teacher you’ve been waiting for.” – Byron Katie
Joann stabile
Chef Joann is the Founder and Executive Chef of Prepared With Purpose. She is a graduate of the prestigious California Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco. Joann is a clean eating enthusiast and has personally seen the benefits and results with her own body after a decade of struggling with her weight and overall health.

FAQ
Who will I share a room with if it’s just me?
Traveling solo? No problem. We’ll pair you up with a same-sex roommate to share your journey. Warning: this could lead to life-long friendships and memories to last a lifetime! A possible single supplement may be available. Please email [email protected] to discuss.
Is the flight included?
No, each traveler is responsible for getting to and from the retreat. Once there, your transportation is included.
How do I get from the airport to the retreat?
You will need to secure your own transportation to the venue. Once you are there, all of your transportation is included.
What city should I fly into?
You can fly into either St George Regional Airport (SGU) or McCarran International Airport, Las Vegas (LAS)
St George Airport is 45 miles from the venue.
McCarran International is 177 miles from the venue.
Is there any transportation I need to arrange?
Your flights to and from SGU or LAS, and transportation to and from the venue in Springdale Utah. https://cliffroselodge.com/
Will I need to leave tips for the staff?
No. Gratuities are included in your trip fee.
What if I’m not in great shape – will I be able to do the activities?
While this retreat is adventurous, it does not require tremendous physical capacity, however, there are a few activities that involve heights.
You will have the option to opt-out of any of the activities if you choose. You can email us at [email protected] for more information.
What if I don’t want to do one of the activities.
Please let us know if there is something you would like to opt-out ahead of time of so we can prepare accordingly.
I have food allergies – will I be able to manage them on this trip?
Yes, and we’re here to help. Prior to your arrival, you’ll be asked to fill out a dietary intake form so we can customize your meals to meet your health needs and preferences.
What will the weather be like?
April is an amazing time to visit Zion as the spring displays its full spectrum of colors over the length and breadth of the park.
The average temperature is in a pleasant range of 49°F to 65°F.
Rain is possible so layered clothing is advisable, as spring throws an occasional weather surprise.
What should I pack?
Once you sign up, we’ll send you a packing list that covers everything you’ll need.
What is NOT included?
Airfare, ground transportation to and from the venue, laundry service, all items of a personal nature, and travel insurance (required).
What is your cancellation policy?

- 90 – 60 days 10% refunded
- Less than 60 days no refund
- 20% fee for bookings that are transferred to another person or event
