Your training is complete, now is the time to come together with your medicine family to embody the sacred teachings as a unit. Vanessa Lambert
Vanessa is the founder and CEO of Starseed Collective, a company whose mission is to support medicine women, metaphysical mavens, and conscious creators on their journey to up-leveling their spiritual intelligence and becoming a powerful contribution to the planet.
Joann Stabile
An executive chef and entrepreneur Chef Joann graduated from the prestigious Le Cordon Blue Academy. She has worked with Bee The Wellness and Starseed Collective for almost a decade curating nourishing culinary experiences at their many retreats and events around the country. Joann is a Starseed Akashic Graduate and current Starseed Council member and brings this wisdom and technology into the preparation of every meal. She is a powerful medicine woman and will be supporting us throughout the week to hold the container of sacred space.
Amy Ramsay
Amy is a certified teacher in both Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga. Amy is also a Starseed Akashic graduate and current Starseed Council member. Amy created the Akashic meal planning service and is lead assistant to Chef Joann at our Starseed Events. As a “spiritual doula”, Amy also provides intensive rebirthing ceremonies for those looking to metamorphosis into their next highest potential. Amy will provide nourishment both physically and energetically during your time in Jackson Hole.

Erik is the Bee The Wellness and Starseed Collective staff media director and travel liaison. Not only does Erik capture beautiful imagery of our events, he is an incredible team player and all around support. He is an important team member in holding ceremonial space and keeping the sacred container of our deep work safely held and protected.

Who will I share a room with if it’s just me?
Traveling solo? No problem. We’ll pair you up with a same-sex roommate to share your journey. Warning: this could lead to life-long friendships and memories to last a lifetime! A possible single supplement may be available. Please email [email protected] to discuss.
Is the flight included?
No, each traveler is responsible for getting to and from the retreat. Once there, your transportation is included.
How do I get from the airport to the retreat?
Our staff will pick you up and return you to JAC.
What city should I fly into?
You can fly into Jackson Hole (JAC) which is 30 minutes from the retreat.
Is there any transportation I need to arrange?
Your flights to and from JAC.
Will I need to leave tips for the staff?
No. Gratuities are included in your trip fee.
What if I’m not in great shape – will I be able to do the activities?
While this retreat is adventurous, it does not require tremendous physical capacity, however, there are a few activities that involve heights.
You will have the option to opt-out of any of the activities if you choose. You can email us at [email protected] for more information.
What if I don’t want to do one of the activities.
Please let us know if there is something you would like to opt-out ahead of time of so we can prepare accordingly.
I have food allergies – will I be able to manage them on this trip?
Yes, and we’re here to help. Prior to your arrival, you’ll be asked to fill out a dietary intake form so we can customize your meals to meet your health needs and preferences.
What should I pack?
Once you sign up, we’ll send you a packing list that covers everything you’ll need.
What is NOT included?
Airfare, all items of a personal nature, and travel insurance.
What is your cancellation policy?

- Greater than 90 days 50% refunded
- 90 – 60 days 10% refunded
- Less than 60 days no refund
- 20% fee for bookings that are transferred to another person or event
