Our program is based upon years of collective experience and observation, with ongoing regime adjustments to ensure the perfect balance of adventure and downtime. Who will I share a room with if it’s just me?
Traveling solo? No problem. We’ll pair you up with a same-sex roommate to share your journey. Warning: this could lead to life-long friendships and memories to last a lifetime! A possible single supplement may be available. Please email [email protected] to discuss.
Is the flight included?
No, each traveler is responsible for getting to and from the retreat. Once there, your transportation is included.
How do I get from the airport to the retreat?
Our staff will pick you up and return you to JAC.
What city should I fly into?
You can fly into Jackson Hole (JAC) which is 30 minutes from the retreat.
Is there any transportation I need to arrange?
Your flights to and from JAC.
Will I need to leave tips for the staff?
No. Gratuities are included in your trip fee.
What if I’m not in great shape – will I be able to do the activities?
While this retreat is adventurous, it does not require tremendous physical capacity, however, there are a few activities that involve heights.
You will have the option to opt-out of any of the activities if you choose. You can email us at [email protected] for more information.
What if I don’t want to do one of the activities.
Please let us know if there is something you would like to opt-out ahead of time of so we can prepare accordingly.
I have food allergies – will I be able to manage them on this trip?
Yes, and we’re here to help. Prior to your arrival, you’ll be asked to fill out a dietary intake form so we can customize your meals to meet your health needs and preferences.
What will the weather be like?
February will be quite cold with a mix of beautiful clear sunny days and snow showers.
The average temperature is quite cold ranging from 9°F to 33°F.
Snow and freezing temperatures are expected so layered clothing and snow gear is recommended.
What should I pack?
Once you sign up, we’ll send you a packing list that covers everything you’ll need.
What is NOT included?
Airfare, all items of a personal nature, and travel insurance.
What is your cancellation policy?

- 20% fee for bookings that are transferred to another person or event
