              Since starting this program, I’ve lost almost an inch and a half off every measurement (bicep, underarm, ribs, waist, belly, hips, thighs). And I’m down 11.5 pounds. And that’s with most the year not being 100% primal and I don't restrict my intake at all as far as calories/food. I do get at least 8 hours of sleep on average and meditate at least every other day. And I’d estimate I have been about 75% on completing the workouts. That's pretty amazing.
