We have created this meditation challenge as a stand alone or complement to our Unveil Your Wellness challenge. In just 10 minutes a day, you will gain greater peace of mind, connection to yourself and the world around you.

When my life gets busy, as it has been this month, it’s harder to dedicate the time for meditation, which is silly because it’s only 10 minutes and that 10 minutes does so much for me. It brings me back to center, outs some roots under my feet, and just allows me to be still. It’s kind of like cleaning the kitchen: if I do it every dat, it's a lovely place to be, filled with beauty & light, and sustenance. Daily meditation clears my mind, fills me with the breath, makes me smile.

I have changed how I think. I used to think I was a prisoner in my own life and I had no say how my time, thoughts, or emotions were engaged. Since I started meditating consistently, I feel much more in control of how I view life and what I can do to be free from my old prison. I think anxiety is probably my number one health challenge, so learning how to quiet my mind when it starts down that crazy making path is really helping me. I still have a long way to go to conquer it entirely, but I’ve made much progress thanks to the daily meditation.

I joined the challenge after a friend who has been part of the community for a couple of years recommended it. I have trouble sleeping and to my amazement I slept through every single night with the exception of one when I didn’t meditate before bed. IWithout a doubt I have experienced the life altering effects of meditation. I started doing this last year with Bee The Wellness and my new improved yoga practice and I am much calmer person and deal with my work stress in a much more banned manner. It helps me sleep and the effects seem to keep me calm all day long. I might get stressed for a moment but am usually able to begin it in in record time.
