Cancellation Policy
- 20% Non-Refundable Deposit: Upon booking, a 20% deposit is required and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- 80% Refundable Until 30 Days Before Departure: The remaining 80% of the payment is refundable if the cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to the departure date.
- No Refunds Within 30 Days of Departure: If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refunds are available.
Rescheduling Options
- More Than 30 Days Before Departure: The entire trip can be rescheduled (within 12 months of original departure) up to 30 days prior to the departure date without any penalties.
- Within 30 Days of Departure: Rescheduling within 30 days of departure may be possible but is subject to the availability of our providers and cannot be guaranteed.
